DELIVERY AND COURIER FEES

 

All orders placed by the Customer and confirmed by MM Holding LLC, will be shipped by Express Courier (national and international) to the Customer’s given shipping address. A shipment contribution fee, according to the country of shipment, will be applied to your order and it will be specified on the “Order Confirmation Form”.

Only once the full payment of the order has been registered by MM Holding LLC will the shipment take place.

Delivery costs may depend on volume and weight.

MM Holding LLC may apply discounted delivery fees as well as the delivery-free service to support commercial activities, describing the new delivery conditions into the web site and during the order check out.

Italy & Europe:
Standard: 2-4 working days (Free)
Express: 1-2 working days (Cost calculated at checkout)

Worldwide:
Standard: 5-8 working days (Free)
Express: 2-3 working days (Cost calculated at checkout)

Shipments are made from Mondays to Fridays.
Shipping times are indicative, you will be able to follow the status of your delivery at all times thanks to the provided tracking and the information shared by the chosen courier company.
The standard delivery will be free of charge, the shipping cost for the express delivery will be calculated during the check out. Customs costs are always borne by the end customer.
The customer will be informed by email if there is any change to the above timing.

During sale or promotion periods, shipments may take longer. In the following holidays days courier does not ship:

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

 

Products sold and delivered within Italy or any other country within the European Union are not subject to any duty or import tax. For deliveries made to countries outside the European Union, the products may be subject to duty and/or import taxes depending on the product and the country of delivery.

We are unable to predict or determine which fees may apply during customs clearance. Customers are therefore advised to contact their local customs office for more information.

In all cases, any fees, import taxes, and/or duties arising from the import process are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If the customer refuses to pay the applicable customs duties or import taxes upon delivery, such fees will remain the customer’s responsibility. Should the parcel be returned to MACH & MACH’s warehouse due to non-payment of customs charges, any related taxes, duties, and return costs incurred by MM Holding LLC will be deducted from the customer’s refund amount.
