From the receipt of your order, you have 14 working days to decide whether to keep or return the items in your order.

If you wish to return your purchase, please send an email to customercare@machandmach.com including your order number (digits only, e.g., “1234”) and the email address used for your purchase, so our customer care team can locate your order.

You can choose one of the following return options:

• Arrange the return yourself at your own expense using a post office or trusted courier service
• Use our dedicated return service (details will be provided upon request)

Please return the item(s) in their original packaging, in perfect condition, with the security seal intact, unworn, exactly as delivered, and preferably with a copy of the invoice inside the package.

Within 14 working days of receiving your return, we will refund the invoiced price of the returned items using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

If you would like to receive a different item, please place a new order through our online shop.
