From receipt of your order you have 14 working days to decide whether to keep or return the items in your order.

If you wish to return your purchase, please enter your order number and the email address you used for your purchase in the form below, so our customer care can find your order.

Follow the procedure and you will receive the result of your request.

You can decide whether to organize the return of the item yourself at your own expense by going to the post office or a trusted courier service; or to use our dedicated service.

Return the item(s) in their original packaging, in perfect condition, with the security seal intact, unworn, exactly as it has been delivered and preferably with a copy of invoice inside the packaging, and arrange shipment with the courier or post office.

Within 14 working days of receiving the parcel, we will refund the invoiced price of the returned items using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please note that you can place a new order in our online shop if you wish to receive a different item than the returned item.
