When your order is shipped by our Logistics team, you will receive an email with the tracking number (which will be activated within 72 hours after notification) and a link to the courier’s website to track your shipment.
For any of the following requests:
- know where your order is located
- change your delivery address
- release your parcel from storage
Please send an email to customerservice@machandmach.com including your order number (digits only, e.g., “1234”) and the email address you used for your purchase.
Our team will respond with the result of your request.
