Why was my credit card declined?
Your credit card is generally declined for one of the following reasons:
- data requested for payment does not match your credit card data;
- you have not activated your security code (some credit cards require an additional security code supplied by the bank, which must be entered to confirm payment);
- credit card limit exceeded;
- time credit limit may have been exceeded or card may be out of date;
- credit limit for this period of time may have been exceeded or your card may be out of date;
- if you think there may be any other problems, please contact your credit card issuer.
What are the shipping and delivery times?
When the parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming the shipment where you will find the link to track the delivery.
Our deliveries takes place from Monday to Friday.
Italy & Europe:
Standard: 2-3 working days (Free)
Express: 1-2 working days (Cost calculated at checkout)
Worldwide:
Standard: 3-5 working days (Free)
Express: 2-3 working days (Cost calculated at checkout)
Shipments are made from Mondays to Fridays.
Shipping times are indicative, you will be able to follow the status of your delivery at all times thanks to the provided tracking and the information shared by the chosen courier company.
Customs costs are always borne by the end customer.
The customer will be informed by email if there is any change to the above timing.
To avoid any inconvenience, please make sure to provide an address where someone will always be available to receive the package. Please remember to check the packaging of your product upon delivery to ensure it’s intact, undamaged and unaltered. If you notice any issues, kindly make a note of the damage on the courier’s delivery receipt and notify us promptly. Your attention helps us ensure everything arrives just as it should.

Which courier do you use for deliveries?
We use the best national and international couriers to guarantee flawless delivery of our products. Mach&Mach therefore reserves the right to select different couriers depending on the country of destination and the service guaranteed.
Once your order is processed, you'll receive an email with tracking details to follow every step of your shipment's journey. If any issues arise during transit—like delays, missed delivery attempts or the package being held at a pickup point—you'll be notified right away. In such cases, you'll simply need to visit the courier's location to collect your package. We invite you to monitor shipments and if you face any issues to contact the courier company or our customer care. If you have not received the tracking code e-mail, please contact us.
The courier informs that my order is in storage. What should I do?
Check what is the cause of the stock using the tracking code received via e-mail and send us information about order status, delivery address change or stock release.
